• Welcome to Mrs. Messer's World of Kindergarten!

    Kindergarten is the magical beginning of a life time of learning and I am excited to share this time with you and your child!

    I live in Barnesville with my husband, Jason, my 2 girls; Meghan and Savannah, my son Jensen and our golden retriever, Windsor.  I have been teaching in Barnesville for 16 years, spending the majority of that time in Kindergarten.  I graduated from MSUM in Moorhead twice, most recently with my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction.  I enjoy completing various types of races, includingTriathlons and running races.  Last spring I ran my first ever 1/2 Marathon!  I am hoping to run it again in 2013 and shave a couple minutes off my time!

    I am very excited to implement iPads this year, as it is such a valuable tool for a child's education.  Young children learn so quickly and are always eager to explore new things, which makes them perfect users for such progessive technology!
