Mrs. Shannon teaches Spanish I-II-III and Elementary Spanish at Barnesville. She also works with Pelican Rapid's MDCC as Barnesville's Cultural Collaborative Coordinator. She enjoys teaching Spanish and working with the students here. She is married with 2 daughters and 3 stepchildren and currently lives in Dalton, MN. Mrs. Shannon received her Spanish and Elementary Education degrees at Moorhead State University.
Mrs. Shannon enjoys traveling and believes that bringing culture and travel opportunities to the students are an important part of their education. Recently she accompanied a group of Barnesville students on a trip to Costa Rica so that they could use their Spanish and learn about the culture and biological diversity of Costa Rica.
